Bummer. The only other thing I did that might have helped is in the Info dialog, at the bottom in Sharing and Permissions, I assigned everyone in the list Read & Write permissions and then clicked the Options gear icon and clicked "Apply to enclosed items". Then, after importing successfully, I reverted permissions to what they were before. Hope this works.
