Thank you for your reply. I've had a specialist in today just to make sure I downloaded OK. It seems that my PC is too old (not powerful enough) to cope with InDesign. I thought I had done something wrong, but I haven't. However, I still want to cancel my subscription as I cannot use the softwear.
Sorry about this. Now I have to find out how to cancel. Everything is so complicated.
