I think you will find its not that you missing the script your missing the plugin. Photomerge works for me. If you were missing the script you would not see it listed in menu File>Automate>Photomerge
what you are missing is the plugin. No Photoshop script will work for you., I renamed my plug-in and the started Photoshop CC 2014 this is what I see.
