I am attempting to create a .PDF from a Microsoft Access report. When I attempt to print the report to Adobe Acrobat the process fails with a very generic error (as if the printer is offline). Following the generic HELP link in the Microsoft error dialog just shows you the obvious (make sure the printer is online; make sure network isn't down, etc.). I tried running ACROFIX thinking it may resolve the issue - it did not.
My question: is there a log file generated by the Acrobat process that might tell me why Acrobat won't print? The Acrobat print driver works fine in other applications (Word, Excel, Quickbooks) - it's just the Access reports that refuse to print to the Acrobat driver.
Any insight would be appreciated!
