Assuming that indeed you have an Acrobat trial, there is no need to subscribe to anything.

However, is it possible that you accidentally use Adobe Reader to try to convert?  In that case you will be asked to subscribe to ExportPDF.

You need to open the document in Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.
