Hi,
I have the fix, been driving me mad, so had to get to the bottom of this, do the following (on Mac):
From Go / Go to folder / and type ~/Library
Next open Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
Move opm.dp to the trash, make sure you empty trash, if you can't you must ensure all creative cloud applications are Quit include Creative Cloud Desktop Application
Next Go / Go to folder / and type /Library
Next open Application Support / Adobe
Scroll down and rename SLCache to SLCache_old
also rename SLStore to SLStore_old
That's it. Launch any CC Application, the Application Manager will launch, click to register, login and then the application should open with no problems
