we here in the forum are - as Ben already said - not employees of Adobe, we are users like you. Therefore, it is necessary to present your problem to Adobe itself. Who takes a little trouble of finding out various Adobe Help Pages (Google could be your friend ), always will get targeted and adequate answers. AND maybe, no one here in the forum did know a correct hint or a good answer for you!

For further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
