I want to put a contact form on my site I am building in adobe muse but it doesn't let me add dropdown menus or radio buttons to my forms so want to know how i can get the forms widget to let me add those fields, i also would like to be able to have different fields displayed on a form depending on the value selected in a dropdown list and also send the submitted data to a email address which is determined by the value of a dropdown field.
can anyone help me implement these things?
